i recently (04/2014) got an offer from Saudi Aramco through a contractor during interview in Mumbai.
i have 11 years of work experience completely in India. & PMP certified.
they offer me Construction Engineer III, GR 12 & i accepted the offer that time. but now i think, having 11 years of experience deserve atleast GR13 & more salary. should i negotiate the offer once they mail me after BI? will they consider my request of negotiation after accepting their offer once. what salary should i expect? i am really in big confusion what to do?
please sir help me in this issue.
My work location would be Dammam Office building. does it mean i never get OT & Remote site allowance?
How much would be the expenses for accommodation, food & basic services near to my office. please help me.
