Are there any female employees who left their families behind who care to share their experience?
How do you cope without having your husband and children with you?
How are you covering their medical covee?
Are you able to get them visitors visa to stay with you? If so how long can they stay and what is the waiting period for them to come back and stay again?
Was the compensation package offer worth living without them?
Is the vacation amount different for men and women? My recruiter said it was 38 days plus 2-4 days travel for everyone, but on the message board, I see bachelor men claiming to get 50 days.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
