This stream of information at this stage of recruiting process is some what overwhelming. I am looking to return back to topic I came across few days ago, but cannot find it. Please someone help on this one?
So, couple of days ago, while wading through the forum, I read about salary structures and different components in salaries. I have tried to find that topic ever since, but seems like I am not using correct search terms 'cause I can't find the posting anymore.
In the posting someone (I believe it was one of the moderators or perhaps one of much valued contributors to this wonderful forum) opened wonderfully these components unknown for many newbies, such as myself. It was simple list of different component and benefits with short explanation on each one.
Reason for this is that I am trying to collect links and information to be ready if and when the offer should arrive. It would be much more comfortable to sit down with all the available info at the time and go through, what I understand of, numerous pages of legal documents and papers to fill as these documents could be hard to crack for someone not native speaker of English (again guilty as charged).
