Hi all,
I applied to ASC two weeks ago through a recruiter and today received an email telling me I have been selected for an interview for the first week of March and would be contacted for further information soon.
To be honest, I am surprised I have even been selected for an interview as I am just now approaching 5 years experience (supply chain). Do I even have a chance at getting a full-time job? I work for a super-major in Houston and have been in a global role with exposure to the middle east for the past few years, but other than that, I do not have a very stacked resume yet.
Does Aramco interview many people and only pick a small percentage? I have heard from some other co-workers who have already moved there or are moving soon that they are trying to grow the supply chain function...

Yes, you could very well be given an offer.

Is there anyone else interviewing in March for supply chain? I am not sure which role is being offered or any of the details. Isn't there also a job fair sometime soon?

Hi, I also applied couple of weeks back through a headhunter in Houston but still have not heard anything from ASC. I work for a major oil & gas producer in Canada with 13 years experience also in supply chain. I'm trying to be positive and hopefully I'll get the call.
Good luck in your interview and all the best.

Hi. I'm from South Africa. My husband received an email from Aramco UK asking him to come to London to interview for an I.T. position. There was also the option of a video conference interview, which he chose instead. His interview is next week Insha- ( Willing). I must admit I am very excited at the prospect. But, just wanted to find out from others out there? What are the chances that he would be given an offer for employment? Or, am I counting my chickens too early?

Hi Ray786. I also did my interview via VC from Malaysia on 6th of March but for different position. Also haven't received any feedback yet. They said that the result will be out in 2 weeks time.

Ray786,
Follow up with the recruiter and ask if your interview was successful.

I was interviewed in Houston on Feb 28th. I sent an email to ASC a couple of days ago. No news and reply yet. From this forum, some people take four months to receive the offer. Recently O&G ENGG got his offer almost exactly one month after interview. I guess we have to be patient.
