I have just been assigned my family housing in DHA. However, the backyard is just sand.
Can anyone recommend a good contractor to level, compact and install paving stone/tile?

Gardening Dept provides contractor referrals. Otherwise, word of mouth.

Gardening would also come and plant grass and bushes for you for free. Everyone gets a one time gardening supervisor to come and talk to you about plants and grass you need for your front and back yards. So even if you use paving stones call gardening, tell them you are new and want the supervisor to come so you can get plants.
