I would like to know the possibility and process of changing from SMP contractor to direct hire by applying for online vacancies with ARAMCO.
1. If I do get an offer, who should I approach to change? Would it not be like a change in jobs from the SMP contractor company to ARAMCO and only requiring a release letter or NOC?
2. Is there any chance that if offered a permanent position, I could bring my family straight away?
