Hi Guys, I like to first appreciate every one on answering questions . I have read lot of response and all are very informative. I have received email 2 weeks ago regarding video conference interview setup. They mention in another email Houston office will contact me , but it is about a week but still not received any email from Houston office . In my first email , they said department will like to talk to me on Jan 28th but i don't any logistic of video conference. Is this normal ?. Do they use Skype or ask you to go some where for video interview ? What are the chances to get job if you receive interview call ?. any statistics ?
Thanks again to all
Ray

The majority of people who are not in KSA are interviewed by video conference. Some are interviewed at the occasionally scheduled job fairs.
ASC will contact you when the video conference is set up and how it will be conducted.
Waiting period is normal.

Thanks for your reply , vpainter.
I have tried to contact Houston office contact person , i left him a message few times but no reply yet. Is this normal not to have video interview logistics even interview is schedule next week . Do they reschedule ?. How i suppose to deal in this situation if no one from ASC and even in first person contacted from Aramco not responding as well . I might be little impatient , i guess patience is the key as other said . I just wanted to see if this completely normal. I have all relevant experience for the posted position , however my degree doesn't match with job requirement . I have four years engineering degree in different discipline . Would that be hurdle in hiring process . I do have all those required certification though. Any response is highly appreciate it .
Thanks,

Cuttingedg, I can't comment on statistics, as I don't have them, but can assure you that I was interviewed by videoconference and offered a job.
It took a little time to have everything set up maybe a week or so.
Patience is the key. Good luck.

Ray786, I never had an interview in person, only the video conference, which they booked through a company that rents board rooms for this type of situations. Less than 2 weeks after the interview, my Recruiter called me telling me that they will be extending me an offer. We started talking about numbers, which dged the discussion for about a week.
Then they told me that I should expect an offer by email and Fedex. This took more than a month as it was end of Sept. and I suspect that they were waiting for Nov 1st when they were rolling officially the new Global Payroll.
In Nov. 1st they emailed me the offer.
I currently have almost everything done, waiting for results from the medicals and my degree to be attested (which is been a pain in the rear end and it will be delaying the process an extra month of what was planned (my guess) to send the passports for the Visa. Unless the Consulate comes with another new request and make things even slower.
Let's just pray and willing it will be all OK.

Thanks for your reply cgyguy,
Can you please tell more about the interview , how long was your interview ?. Was that just one interview or they do second interview as well ?. Was any dress code expected in your video conference ?. Do you allowed to ask question about the position ?.. Do you have to degree attestation by yourself or saudi embassy do it ?.
Thanks again for everyones responses.
