I am Canadian. I have received offer September 9th 2013 from Houston USA. My Medical is done. They took my passport on December 17th. Any Idea how long it might take! Is anybody here got offer in September!

Yep!
I had my interview in August, got the offer in September, went to orienation in December (gave up passport) and now it's January and I'm still waiting on my visa and departure date.
I pray every day for patience!
(If you check the "Timeline" post, you'll see that the process can take up to a year for some people.) Hang in there!

FYI: They do not keep your passport for a year.
