Hi, I have recently been offered a Job at Saudi Aramco. My problem is I dont know how good or bad is this offer. I have been offered approx 10500 US $ (including everything-exclude children education and a trip back home every year). I am a chemical engineer with approx 10 years experience in different roles with different multinational. Currently I am working for a major MOC in Holland. I am Dutch national. Needless to say this is a better offer than what i am currently getting but major benefit is coming from being tax free salary?
Can anyone suggest on whether this is a reasonable job offer which I should consider?

I understand you want to get a good deal. Salaries are not usually discussed and are a private matter. No one can tell you if the offer is good for you and your family. Only you can make that decision. What is good for one person may not be good for another depending on all kinds of factors.
Wishing you the best as you make your decision.

Hi,
My advice is take the offer. You dont get many opportunities in life. You may regret it later. I'm sure your company can't match the salary either. I have just recently accepted too. Taking a chance and if i dont like it i can always go back home. All the best.
