Just received the offer, for BI and medical, notarized statements are required, would I be able to get the monies refunded. Given with the dependents forms and min, it is quite expensive.

Save all receipts. You will submit them to Aramco, either to ASC or to Aramco here in KSA.

FYI - In the U.S. both of my banks where I have accounts notarize all my documents for free.

And in Canada, the offices of members of Parliament (MP) and the offices of members of the provincial legislative assemblies (MPP, if you must) offer the service for free as well.
