I have been applying to ARAMCO for about 5 years now and I never receive any confirmation, other than an automatically generated e-mail. I worked in Khobar/Dhahran for about 2 years and we had several projects with ARAMCO, so I'm familiar with their standards. I also know that I am more qualified than 70% of the engineers there. (I'm not trying to show off. It's common knowledge that many ARAMCO employees are under-qualified.)
What is the best way to get my CV to the desk of a hiring manager? It seems that the online submission form is not very effective.
