Hi There,
I have received an initial job offer last week after three months of waiting, but one thing is kind of wired that initial offer is only depended upon the Management approval and clearing the medical process. I understand the medical procedure.
My question is that the hiring department do not already have the approval from the management before they send out any offer to the future employee?
Not seen a such thing in USA. Is this a common thing in Aramco?

This is not the U.S. and they do things their way here. Seems strange to expats at times. Just different.
