Anyone moving to Rakkah soon who is under the weight limit?

Hey we are residents on Rakkah and are hoping to catch a couple/family who are moving from the States in the next couple months and will be under the weight limit. We have a speciality item for our car that we can't get here and need to ship it in from the US. Hoping if someone is arriving in the next 1-2 mos and has a surface shipment that they anticipate to be under the weight limit we could include this item in their surface shipment.
