We have accepted our offer and about to start the medical/BI, my question is: Do Aramco contact our doctor directly to get our medical files or do we have to get a copy to provide. Our doctor will be on leave next month so I wanted to give him the heads up that a request for information may be made for the 6 of us  Also if they don't obtain our medical files dirctly and just review the questionnaire, when we arrive in Abqaid do we provide the information then.

You fill out your questionnaire, if they want any clarifications from your doctor, then you would get his input.
If you have any medical issues you may want to bring your records. If you are all healthy, then you won't need them. When you see your family doctor here or the pediatrician in the clinic, you can provide a medical history then.

I strongly encoue you to bring print-outs of your kids' vaccinations, on medical center's letterhead. Give this to the pediatrician/doc at intake appt. Same thing for list of any prescription meds for anyone in your family. If your doc is going out of town, I'd request it now, if I were you.
For us, none of this info was forwarded to the medical center when we were new arrivals. Fortunately, I had printouts of everything, which helped our kids start school on time (proof of required vaccinations...neither the primary care dept nor school had any evidence of this, even though we'd provided it during ASC new hire contingencies.

thanks to you both for your responses, I have taken a couple of copies of the immunization records and husband would travel before the rest of us.
