My dad had his interview in houston on the 7th but still hasn't heard back from aramco. I checked timelines for December interviews and most people who interview in December don't hear back until January. Should we be worried? Any response would be great. ( we really want this job)

Perfectly normal. Many people are off and traveling and signatures that are required may not be able to be gotten until the person returns.

Aramco notified my dad that he didn't get selected this time, but told him to reapply. Is this then just trying to be nice or do they really want to give him another chance?

Perfectly normal. One department may not hire him, but he can apply again and another department will whire him.
