My contractor wont let me go on X leave without a medical certificate. The clinic here in Abqaiq could only give me a referral to a podiatrist and urologist. There is no way I can find one in Al kohbar or Dammam since I have no car, can hardly walk and taxis just don't exist here. Even if I could get a taxi to find a podiatrist and urologist, I may not be able to find a taxi back to Abqaiq. My contractor wont give me a ride. I am asking my contractor that since I am on X leave without pay now, I should be free to leave the country and see my own doctors in the USA. I fear they will not give me an exit reentry visa and force me to see a doctor in Saudi. I have no more vacation time since I used it up trying to process the first "L" leave If you can believe that! Now I am stuck on "X" leave. If I cant get the medical certificate, then I would be in violation of my contract, get fired and then have to pay back recruitment costs! Any advice for me? thank you

Abqaiq Clinic should refer you to Dhahran clinic, where they have speciality clinic. If you can take the Aramco bus to Dhahran, you can make an appointment and takes you about half day to complete the visit.

The problem for this man is that I do not think contract employees can use Aramco medical facilities. That is why he has not been referred to the DHA clinic.
Are you seeing the doctor in the Aramco ABQ clinic? Or a clinic in ABQ the local community?
King Saad Hospital on Pepsi Cola Road in Khobar is an excellent hospital and has excellent doctors if you can find someone to take you there. Aramcons go there when they cannot get into the Aramco clinics in a timely manner. There is an up front fee to see the doctor in either the clinic or the ER.
There are taxis in Aramco ABQ compound. If you contract for Aramco, you should be able to get one of their taxis.
