This question is mainly for those who have been working in Aramco for a while.
As there are many sub divisions within the department. So If you happen to end up in a sub dept which is not directly related to your expertise or you feel you can do better in other sub dept (as in contract only the main division was mentioned ) - wanted to know what are the chances of moving to another sub division ( which matches your expertise) within the same department after probation?
Also hows the promotion system like? As i ve heard its really hard to get promotions (higher GC)
