Dear,
I will start to work soon in DHA office.
Can I ask how it is cold in the office ?
Do I need to prepare long sleeve shirts ? Or, Can I depend on only short sleeve shirts in the office all the year ?

Some people think their office is cold, others do not. Male employees wear long and short sleeve shirts in the same office area. I would definitely have some long sleeve shirts in case you find your area cold. If you don't, then short sleeves will work.
Unfortunately no one can tell you if you will think your office area is cold or comfortable.

Silly question but do they wear suit jackets and ties in the office or just shirts.

You can tell the difference between a consultant and an aramcon by the suit jacket and tie (and they carry their computers in a black bag). Aramcons typically wear shirts with comfortable slacks. Don't forget your hat and sun glasses.
