Hi, new to the forum and to KSA. I'm working and living in the Expro compound which is close to Dhahran and Khobar. All our contracts over here are with Aramco. There is little or nothing to do here outwith work and I find myself one of only 2 Brits amongst a myriad of other nationalities, who all seem to have their own little communities going. Can anyone suggest anything to do in the area, or any kind of ex pat community that exists here?
I know that you don't want any Tom, Dick or Harry having access to your compound and community, but are there ever any circumstances where non employees (albeit sub contracted to Aramco) might be invited into your community as guests? Any information would be gratefully received. Thank you.
