In the past no, but currently - yes. Apply! There are two websites at the bottom of the index page for applying to Aramco.

Thanks for your reply. Is there any way, I can contact a recruiter to check the status of my application? I applied online over two months ago. Several times, I tried to update my resume on the website. It says "duplicate submission". Please reply as soon as possible.

There is no way to contact a recruiter. If you have applied, it is patience time.
Please do a search for "timeline" and note how long a time span from application to contact and all other intervals.
