There is a bus information phone number on the phone list left in your house upon your arrival. Call them for times and days for the bus.
Also on that list is the Majestic and Samara Taxi numbers, call them for information on price to go to Bahrain.

As far as I know, SAEA runs a bus every Saay to Bahrain (City Centre to be specific). However, you need to be a member to sign up for that bus. Membership can be done online via SAEA sharek website. There are other options as vpainter pointed out.
