Could someone share contact information for daycare in Dhahran, if there is one. I am looking for not regular but occasional 2-3 hr / week use .

You can call Community Services (Community Information Center), they may have contact information for you. Their number is on the phone list in your home when you arrived.
Otherwise ask moms you see with kids, it is by word of mouth.
