Can Euro be easily exchanged to Riyal in Damman Airport, Aramco compound at Dhahran and Abqaiq? What is the normal exchange rate?

I think you can easliy change it to Riyal at NCB bank here in the Dhahran compound.

Do you know the exchange rate? Compared to US dollar, is the rate for EURO reasonable?

The Saudi Riyal is pegged to the USD so the exchange rate is quite good (cash they sell for 3.77 and the buy USD at 3.74 I think) as for Euro or any other currencies, I would think that the bank will take around 2-3 % above the published rate.
