We are significantly concerned about our ability to get food for our daughter. She is allergic to corn and wheat. In the States, we have found UDI and RUDI brands that offer bread with no wheat or corn. Many large gluten-free selections will also offer corn-free foods. Do the large grocery stores accommodate this need?
Thank you so much.

There are many people here who are finding gluten free products available in different stores and the commissary here. Not as big a selection as back home.
