Will My Sectional Couch Fit?

I have a wonderful L-Shaped couch and would love to know the size of the largest "living area" (e.g., living room, family room) in the Rakah houses (I am told they are largely identical).

Just want to avoid shipping this if it won't fit. It is roughly 12' x 9.5'

Also, has anyone shipped their Temperpedic? I am wondering if I can pack it in the air-shipment if I vacuum pack the king sized mattress (this is getting creative, but if you have one, you will understand why! .
