o, My wife and I are filling out the health questionnaire and the BI for us and our five kids. We are curious what are the typical issues in the health questionnaire and the BI that could disqualify the candidate and family from the job offer. Can anyone provide some insight of some specific issues in both health questionnaire and BI that would disqualify someone? Of course there are the obvious things like committing major crimes and sufferring terminal illness, etc., but what about the other issues? Thankyou very much.

Everyone is evaluated individually, no one can really answer your question. As you said, crimes and major illnesses are pretty definite negative impacts. Otherwise it is at the discretion of the BI investigator and the doctor reviewing your medicals. Just do not lie on your paperwork. They may ask for clarification on either if they have questions about anything.
