110V appliances are available on a very limited basis. I recommend you bring your own small appliances if possible. Converters/transformers are available if your things are 220V.
Yes, you can bring in perfume.
Yes, you can bring in your photo albums. I recommend you bring them in your checked luggage or carry on, so they go through customs with you. I also recommend if you have a photo you definitely do not want to lose, make a copy and bring the copy. Yearbooks, photo albums, etc I recommend they all come with you in your checked or carry on.
People really like having their own sheets. There is a King, a queen and 2 twins in the Rakkah homes. There will be a blanket per bed that ARAMCO provides, but you may like your own. Same with the bath towels.
