Hi all
I have been told by recruiter that even you signed the offer you will still have time to negotiate the salar later. So he asked me to sign the offer so that we start the process and meanwhile he will talk to my potential manager about salary rise. Now I feel that everything is in rush and at the same time I realize that I deserve more salary. Any experience about that. Is it better to wait for visa to be issued or I should rise the request now

If its more than manager is involved and from what i have seen it can go upto VP of dept.

Just to let you that I have successfully negotiated a higher salary. I think you have more levee before you accept the offer. I turned my offer down when I received my offer letter, my recruiter asked for my compensation expectations and after giving the amount, Aramco did not match it. 4 weeks later, I was contacted back by my recruiter and I was asked if I was still interested. When I said yes, I received a new offer close to what I requested.
Now, I am waiting for the results of my BI and Medical.
