Is Viber working in Saudi Arabia for smart phones like iphones? Or is it just an issue inside Dhahran camp? It used to work 4-5 months ago.Thanks

I don't think Viber is working at all in Saudi Arabia anymore.

Viber was banned back in June of this year.
