Hi Folks,

I have a couple of questions, hope someone can help answer them:
1- We did the medical test remotely in Canada and I just sent the Dr.'s reports to ASC Medical on Friday, what is the (approximate) turnaround for the next step? I assume the next step would be for us to send our passports to apply for employment visa. The reason I ask, is I have an international trip soon and would want to plan well so I have my passport to travel.

2- Anyone know's what is the avae time for issuing the Saudi employment visa for Canadians?

3- How long does it normally takes for ASC to re-imburse the costs of the medical exams?

Hi yegoiler,

I am just ahead of you in the process. We did our medical in Houston. From my experience and knowing a few others timeline, nothing can be said exactly it is different for everyone. You can be lucky and have all done sooner than others.
1. If your medical is complete it takes from 1 week to 2 weeks, it may be more than that.
2. For issuing of Visa from Ottawa the avee time may be from 2 weeks to 12 weeks, if all the documents are correct.
3. You can ask your Relocation Advisor on the reimbursement of your costs. It may be as soon as they receive your receipts.

PS: Have patience everything will be done slowly but surely.
