o All,
I just had an interview recently for an SAP position. I was invited down to houston for an interview Friday September 6. They liked me enough to 'follow up' with a technical interview the following Monday. I am wondering if anyone else was interviewed recently. Have you heard back from ASC? How long did they take to return an offer (or rejection)? I emailed my recruiter but I have not heard anything from him. Not certain what his reason is for not responding (usually folks in the US respond with a 'let me check on it for you').
My experience with SAP positions is that the turnaround is pretty fast; they want you to start quicker and hit the ground running. Just wondering if its the same for Aramco..

It will more than likely not be the same with Aramco. If you do a search on the forum for Timeline, you can read many new employees timeline and the length of time between each stage of the process. The process can be a few months to over a year.
That is why it is repeated on the forum many times: Patience is the key to coming to work for Aramco.

Thank you vpainter for your reply.
I've scrolled through the different timelines posted here. I see some folks getting a verbal offer right after the interview in Houston. For other folks it has taken at least a month. I would like to know what the reason is for this discrepancy.

had a follow up question:
Are offers given over the phone or via email? In my experience they are always over the phone, but I am readying most people are given offers via email?

There is no specific reason for timelines. It all varies by many factors, department timing, employees on vacation who would do approvals needed, etc.........
Usually email with a hard copy following.
