Can someone currently living in Rakah measure the refrigerator space (Height, Width and Dept) and post it here? Thx

There's plenty of space in terms of Width and Depth. The bottleneck is the Height. In my case, clearance between the floor and overhead cabinetry is 57". There maybe slight variances between houses.

4'-9"...ouch...I assume it's basically impossible to raise that portion of the cabinet? Where would be the best place to locate a fridge being shipped (with water/ice dispenser)?

Have a carpenter come and remove the cabinet above the refrigerator area. Go to housing office and get approval. It would probably be on you SR.
