o All-
I am in the hiring process and had a question on tax deduction. I belive the income earned is KSA is tax-free, however since I am on a US payroll and a resident alien of US, do I still need to pay tax in US?
I was reading there is an exemption for foreign earned taxable income and I think it has changed tp 98K for year 2013. Does that imply any income above 98K will be taxed in US? Does this income also inclue the expat premium, travel allowance, settle in fees and any bonuses one might receive?
Thanks

yes. The IRS considers all of this to be your income....

The tax rate will be what your entire salary would be taxed at, even though you only pay taxes on the part above the 98K that is tax free.
