You should ask your Pediatrician or your family doctor for a referral. You will be unable just to get an appointment without a referral from one of them. Talk to them about the dermatologists with Aramco and their specialties.

Also check with Saad Specialist Hospital in Khobar. They have excellent doctors on staff.
