Hi there.
I've been given a job offer (but IMHO, a lower salary level to what I'm qualified and experienced in). I need some insight on a few things please, anyone.
* Is SAR 84K housing allowance sufficient for family (wife + 3 teenage kids), i.e. What can you get?
* Does an employee and family take up residence in one of the "Aramco Communities"?
* Must an employee arrange for housing on their own or does Aramco do this on employees behalf?
* What is an "Annual Supplement Benefit" (as an additional allowance) in plain English, mean?
* Is "Transportation Allowance" like a car allowance or something else?
I have previously worked in Jeddah for about 3 years as an ex-pat for a different company and somehow the SAR 84k seems on the low side but I'm not certain if the Dhahran housing market is totally different to other regions, hence my question.
I have 4 days left to accept/reject the offer as per due process and would LOVE some insight and such URGENTLY, please.
