Minimum Immunization Requirements at Enrollment Saudi Aramco Schools K-9th grade
DTP /DTaP / DT / Td (Diphtheria-Tet-Pertussis Vaccine)
4 doses at least 1 month apart and with last dose at age 4 or older.
Minimum age for valid first dose is 6 weeks
Note: After age 7, DTaP is no longer administered and DT is used instead (minimum 3 doses required if given as primary series).
A Td/Tdap booster is given at 11-12 years of age
Poliomyelitis Vaccine: OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine) or IPV (Inactivated Polio Vaccine)
4 doses at least 1 month apart and with last dose at age 4 or older
minimum age for a valid first dose is 6 weeks
If 4 doses are given before age 4 years a fifth dose should be given at 4-6 years Note: For children who received an all-IPV or all-OPV series, a fourth dose is not necessary if the third dose was given at ≥ 4 years. If both OPV and IPV were given as part of a series, a total of 4 doses should be given, regardless of the child’s current age.
MMR (Measles-Mumps-Rubella)

after 1 year of age, or
history of measles, mumps, or rubella disease documented by physician signed
record or positive IgG er will exclude requirement for that portion of MMR vaccine.
MMR vaccine administered before age 1 is not acceptable and must be repeated.
