Does anyone know the monthly rental for the Al-Rakkah camp. I think Dhahran is around US$ 440 per month? Also the brochures say that TV's with a given amount of channels is provided free, but I read in other postings that TV's are not provided. What are the facts?

Rent in Rakkah is discounted. $372 (1395 SR) is what we were told prior to families moving in.
TV service is supplied, the TV is not.

I asked about the official DLC information from my recruiter today and he told me that the information package about DLC is in the process of completion.
Yet I got an impression from the responses in this forum that the people who have recently moved or will be moving soon have some information already provided.

I can tell you a 3 BR is about $495USD/month. A 2BR will be slightly less.

o folks,
I have been trying to get a broad idea of the rent that is charged for housing on an Aramco compound.
Having searched this forum, I gather that irrespective of which compound you are on, the cost is nominal (i.e. <USD $1,000/month for a 3BR home), especially when compared to living at a non-Aramco compound where the rent can be anywhere from USD$8,000 to USD$50k++ per month. Is my assumption fair?

The prices for non-Aramco compounds look to be on the high side as well.
