Hi. I've been contacted by several HR agencies regarding Electrical Engineering positions (Electrical Engineer / Project Engineer) in Saudi Aramco. In last two weeks, I got confirmations that at least two agencies submitted my CV with recommendation to Saudi Aramco. I am from Serbia/Europe and I have good experience in Middle East, O&G sector. Serbia is a non EU country. My question is: Does nationality matter in this case or I should give up my hopes and not think about it? Are there any Serbians in Saudi Aramco? I've been hoping for a long time for such an opportunity to be even remotely considered for Saudi Aramco position and now I really have high hopes.
Thanks in advance to all good answers.

I do not believe your nationality will be a problem. Just know coming to work for Aramco takes lots of patience and time. It can take a few months to over a year to go through the entire process - from waiting to hear after you apply (or resume sent) to visa application and arrival in Kingdom.
