scrubs?

hi..i'll be joining aramco soon, im a clinical lab technologist, during my contract signing i read that the female hospital staff should provide their own uniform.. i was hoping if you guys can tell me what kind of uniform it is, is it your regular hospital scrubsuit? or like a regular white nurse uniform in white pants..And should i buy an Abaya?
