o all
I posted a around two months ago before I interviewed for a post. I've recently been told that I've been successful and an offer has been made, and is being mulled over (subject to medical and references), based in abqaiq. It looks really good and I'm in the process of considering my options.
I have been given the option to travel out with my family, given the timescales involved, it will mean my daughters school term being affected. Has anyone used the option of going out on a bachelor status and then the family joining them at a later stage? Is this even an option? I'm in the process of asking my aramco advisor the same question.
Secondly, schooling. The information pack, and the discussion forums suggest that the schooling is based on the US curriculum. How have UK origin families found this? My eldest daughter is 11 and due to start secondary school this September and my other daughter is 8, due to start middle school this September. Have UK based people gone to the site schools or found the international/British schools to be a better option?
Grateful for any opinions and experiences people can share.
Regards and thanks in advance.

Some UK kids go to the Aramco schools and others to the British School.
I have sent you an email.
