Hi All,
I am scheduled for an interview for the position of ‘Accountant’ at Saudi Aramco in 2 weeks time.
I have been liaising with the recruitment agent regarding the entire process. However, at this stage there are a number of key areas that even the recruitment agent has not been made aware of. The most significant being: - Detailed position description (the Job Advert was very broad) - Location of work - Profile of interviewers
I have been advised that the nature of my interview will be purely ‘technical’. Is anyone able to provide additional information as to the finer details regarding the interview process for persons working specifically in the Finance team/provide examples of technical questions asked for an ‘Accountant’.
I have been through the Aramco Forum and have found little information to go by.
I would obviously like to prepare myself in the best possible way and would be grateful for someone to share their experience.
Thanking you for your assistance in advance.

Hi, I am scheduled for an interview with Saudi Aramco next week for a position in finance but don't have any job descriptions. Could you please help preparing in relation to the technical interview questions that are generally asked.
Thanks for your replies.
Cheers.

Hi Tash, Please tell me where is your interview going to be and your industry experience? I had an interview in Houston in late June for a Finance role. There were three interviewers from Aramco. They were all American working in Aramco Finance. Two of them were more related to my position and took interest interviewing me. My interview was stretched quite long for almost 2 hours and that is not the norm It should be less than 1 hr. They introduced themselves, explained the reason of hiring and asked me to go over my resume. They asked few questions about my previous roles and responsibilities. Asked few finance related scenario questions and then allowed me to ask them questions at the end. I hope this helps you. Please feel free to PM me.

Hi Edmo, Thanks for the comments. I had my interview on last Tuesday in Sydney and it lasted just over 1 hour. There were 2 persons in the panel and I was quite happy with the way it went but you never know!!! I was told that you get back to me within 2 weeks. Cross fingers, hoping to get a positive answer!! Goodluck.....
