Can people who work for ARAMCO but who are not direct hires e.g. employed by a private contractor visit people on the ARAMCO compound?
Thanks.

Anybody who lives on an Aramco family compound can sponsor visitors. To the best of my knowledge, there is no restriction on who the visitors are, provided they can show proper proof of identification (national ID, iqama, passport etc) when signing in at the Visitor Center.
So it doesn't matter whether you work for Aramco or not, what matters is that you are sponsored by someone living on the family camp you are visiting. When you visit, the person sponsoring you has to be available on their land line, to talk to the security guard handling the visitor registration formalities.
