Dear All, .........I have a question about Cash in Lieu
what I want in this "Cash on-Lieu" option "Buy the things in "Saudi Arab" and hand over Receipts to Aramco office for reimbursement , Am I correct in this way ?

because I am confuse the word shipment in both option.

OR do I have to go first day in admin dept and ask how much cash Aramco can give me then buy the stuff?, I also know that amount will be in , either on first or second salary ?
in other words Cash in lieu means , I may buy necessary stuff in Saudi Arab and Aramco will pay me ?
