I am not sure if this question has been asked before, as everyone knows that the hiring process at Aramco can be very long, what happens if you change employer during the offer/hiring process? I am getting contracting offers here and I am very tempted to take them as I am not enjoying my current job! How does Aramco view this, when do they need to know that I have changed employer?
I know that due to Ramadan and Eid things can be slow but it has been more than 6 weeks since I have submitted my payslips and I want move on with my job here while letting the hiring process with Aramco takes its course.
Any feedback is appreciated. Kimo

I recommend that you discuss this with your recruiter.
As your offer from Saudi Aramco is contingent on completing your BI / medical, I wouldn't expect it to be a problem but for the BI, Saudi Aramco needs to know where you are currently working to verify employment.
Good luck!
