If you will do a search for "Timeline" you will see many new hires timelines for every stage of the hiring process.

This is just a suggestion which may or may not work, but no harm in trying it. I would suggest that you should create yourself a LinkedIn account (if you don't already have one) and try to connect with an Aramco recruiter. Try to avoid third party recruiters or contracting companies working to place people for Aramco as you may or may not get the same benefits if hired through direct Aramco recruiter. The way you can figure out is to research about the recruiter online and also ask them if they are employed with Aramco or with another company.
Again, this may or may not work, but no harm in trying. Good luck.

If you look at the timelines, I think your question will be answered under
Applied for a job Interview scheduled (initial contact by HR/recruiter) Interviewed Job offer received
If Aramco approached you instead of you applying, the the interview scheduled would be your first contact point.

o to all,
I am in the same position as the original poster.
Would it be allowed on here to ask if you know or could recommend any Aramco recruiter(s). I am already on LinkedIn and did not have much luck finding any Aramco recruiters. Would you be able to provide any search tips - may be I am searching incorrectly.
Thank you

No names may be posted on this forum. But if someone wants to PM or email you, that is up to them.

Just as an FYI, I was able to find the recruiters on LinkedIn, and majority of them, if not all, do not list their email addresses. You would have to sign up for a premium account to send them an email through LinkedIn.
Good Luck to us all who are waiting. Hopefully it will be with good news and for the better

Hi Umeed,
What is your skill set ?. Web or SAP ?. I applied for the J2EE consultant position a month ago. No response so far. I did send a few InMails on Linked In to the recruiters, but no response. Do share if you hear back.
Regards,

WOW - congratulations, that is great news.
I guess each case is different. You got contacted two to three weeks after applying is great. I am playing the waiting game and I am hoping to get lucky also for the better.
I am assuming since you posted here in the IT topic, that you applied for an IT position. Can I ask what position you applied for?
Thank you

Timelines all vary between each stage and all those varied timelines are normal.

I just interviewed last week. and received an email to send my last payment slip. is not an offer but recommend offer. if you do not mind what grade you received for the system yst position and my current salary at USA around 130K/year - do you think this is very high for one of the IT positions just interviewed.
