I have received conditional offer from Saudi Aramco. I accepted, signed and returned the offer to Saudi Aramco to start Medical and BI.
I received a e-mail from BI department stating that my BI is completed, they found couple of things, and need my explanation.
1) Minor Traffic violation: It was about 4 years ago. i cleared this violation by taking a traffic school. it shows that it was dismissed but It should have been cleared from my DMV record. Maybe it'll be removed this year.
2) Civil Record from 2001: I filed an annulment of my marriage within 30 days of the marriage. I filed a civil suit/peion in the civil/criminal court on the bases of irreconcilable personal and religious difference. This peion was filed agreement of my ex, and the court dissolve the marriage without any disputed and claims. No kids, no money was involved, and No law suits were involved.
I am asked to provide explanation on these findings. I have very good and clean record. I also had SSBI clearance from DOD for past 7 years. i am not sure how Aramco see these items. Does anyone has any experience with finding such as above. Please give us your feedback. I am worried.
Thanks

Congratulations on your offer.
Every BI is looked at individually and no one on this forum could tell you if what you have listed would effect you.
Over the years people have had issues and they have been cleared. A very unofficial voice: you will probably be just fine.
They do ask for clarification when they feel it's needed.
Best wishes!

I think each BI investigator does things somewhat differently when I compare notes. Some ask for explanations and its almost routine - most likely it helps speed up the process since the BI is also cleared in Saudi Arabia and if the individual in SA has questions, the explanations are already available instead of the BI investigator having to come back to you to get them. Give very simple explanations just as you did here.

In my experience during the BI and Medical, the couple of items that did come up (they were pretty minor, however, Aramco requested clarifications), were resolved with a simple letter from the concerned parties stating on a letterhead that the issues were resolved or did not exist any more. I followed up with Aramco after sending out the info and I was informed that I was in the clear.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
