Since saudi ramadan 2013 is from July 7 to August 7, I am wondering if someone got visa during this time. After ramadan they have a 7-days national holiday. They usually take vacation in August, so I think Saudi embassy seldom issues visas until September, is that right?

There have been people arriving during Ramadan. During this month, the work day is only half days, so a little gets done, but not a lot.
Yes, Eid will probably not see any thing accomplished.

I had my visa stamped on 28th July

I had my visa stamped on 20th August. It is totally 42 days. Embassy does work on Ramadan and Eid holidays. Goodluck to everyone!
