I know that Aramco hires through their website or job fairs. Does Aramco's management do direct hiring as well? in other words, if my friend (who works for Aramco) told me that his department need staff, can i send him my resume to submit to the management directly?

From personal experience I know it was done that way at least once!  So, yes, the dept manager can have a tremendous influence. |
