I was interviewed in Houston on 25th of June, 2013 and soon after the interview the recruiter told me that my name is recommended for an offer and ask me to submit my salary slips and other documents. Approximately a week later contacted me again, via email, and ask me some clarification and told me that soon he will contact me with an offer but I have not heard anything from them since then. Could any one please update me regarding the offer process, time frame and he is falling in the same time frame or having the interview at the same time in houston. Does Ramadan would effect the offering process or not.

Calgary1, please do a search for "Timeline" on the forum. There are many posts of the actual timelines of new hires. It will show you the dates for each step of the hiring process and how varied it is.
Yes, Ramadan slows things down. Also many people traveling during the summer months. If each person who needs to sign off on your offer travels, then the wait can be months.

Thank for your replay and I noticed that in different posts there are huge variances in timeline. BTW I am looking for someone who was interviewed on 25th June, 2013 so I can be in touch with him.
