Can you be denied a visa because you have tattoos? Does Aramco ask about tattoos in background check?

Where is the tatoo? If its covered, I wouldnt worry about it. I have a tattoo of cross that takes up most of my upper right arm. Of course I wear a shirt off camp, but at the pool and beach Ive never had a problem. (If its something that could be offensive, just keep it covered).

Mine is a small baby devil on the top of my left arm .. will be covered except for at the pool I am sure  |
